Monterey Skates is the perfect place to celebrate with friends and family, whether you’re turning 6, 16, or 36. We offer exciting birthday party options during select public skate sessions—just bring your crew and let the good times roll.

All birthday parties include:
- Reserved party tables during your chosen session (with space for guests & chaperones) either at reserved public picnic tables, or in a private room.
- Admission and rental skates for 10 skaters (you can purchase add-on tickets)
- A special birthday skate & announcement during the session
- A Monterey Skates t-shirt your the guest of honor
- Feel free to bring a cake or cupcakes, but otherwise no outside food is accepted
- We offer two private-birthday rooms you can reserve, which allow you to bring outside food
- Add-on options to make the party even more magical!

Birthday parties can be scheduled during the following public skate sessions:
Kids Parties (Perfect for ages 5–12)
- Saturday Afternoon Family Skate (1 PM – 4 PM)
- Sunday Afternoon Family Skate (1 PM – 4 PM)
Teen & Adult Parties
- Friday Evening All Skate (5 PM – 9 PM)
- Saturday Night Open Skate (7 PM – 10 PM)
- Sunday Night Adult Night (7 PM – 10 PM) (Ages 18+ only)
