Held right after the Saturday Morning Kids Skate\, this hour-long lesson provides guidance\, tips\, and encouragement in a relaxed\, supportive environment. Your instructor will be Scarlett Aamodt\, a certified personal trainer\, skate instructor\, and hockey coach. Protective gear (helmet\, knee\, elbow\, and wrist) required and available for sale. The lesson includes admission to the family skate from 1pm-4pm that follows.
