DESCRIPTION:Whether you’re a beginner finding your balance or a skater looking to improve your skills\, our Saturday Skating Lesson is the perfect place to level up. Held right before the Saturday Afternoon Family Skate\, this hour-long session provides guidance\, tips\, and encouragement in a relaxed\, supportive environment. \nYour instructor will be Scarlett Aamodt\, a certified personal trainer\, skate instructor\, and hockey coach. She played in the Junior Olympics and was a professional skater in France. She will help you gain confidence and learn the basics—or refine your form and footwork. Scarlett wanted me to pass along that protective gear is required (helmet at a minimum). Limited protective gear will be available for purchase. Open to all ages and includes admission to the family skate from 1pm-4pm that follows. \n🕙 Time: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM \n🛼 Great for all skill levels | 👟 Skate rental is included\, or you can bring your own skates | 📍 Instruction tailored to your ability | 🎟️ Buy tickets online or at the door (space permitting)

We’ll have our club-quality audio system and light show ready to go\, plus the snack bar will be open as well in case you need a little something to keep you going. The music will be family friendly until 7pm\, when it’s time for the kiddos to go home. After 7pm we’ll transition to an adult skate\, but don’t panic\, we only place “clean” versions of all songs! \nOn the day of the event\, street parking is available on Fairground Road.
